Thank goodness for Baby Einstein!

Britain has been pretty sick with a horrible cough and runny nose. Let me tell you...without my two Baby Einstein videos, I don't know what I would have done! He absolutely loves them! We literally watch them 4-5 times per day in English and Spanish(just to mix it up a bit!) I even rented some other ones from the library and he couldn't care less about those. He just loves the ones we have. He'll get really excited and sit totally still the whole time. That's how we've been getting him to sleep the past few days.
It was funny though because Ty was stuck on one of the songs and was humming it all day the other day! I must admit, I'm SO sick of watching them, but when Britain's happy, we're happy!
Thanks Hill and Miriam for those DVD's! They are a total lifesaver!!

Ahhh, don't get me started on Baby Einstein! We have probably 20 of them and I don't know how I'd survive without them. Bennett is almost 3 and he has really taken to them. He is absolutely obsessed (it's the first thing he talks about when he wake up and the last thing he discusses when he goes to bed). He loves all the little puppet animals. They are a total life saver and worthy investment. I picked up a lot of VHS Baby Einstein's at Goodwills for a couple bucks. It's nice to get a break and Bennett has learned things much faster than Lucy (shapes, colors, ABC's, animals). You may also be able to check them out from your library...we can here, but I don't know how big your library is there. Anyhow, there's my 2 cents! :)

Happy Valentines Day Brooke, Britain, and Tyler!

Be glad you're not in Salt Lake this year, as we just shoveled 2 feet of snow this morning (from less than a 24 hour period).

Hope you have a great day! Too bad you're not here to enjoy my sugar cookies!

I have told you this before, but Baby Einstein was heaven sent when Taylor was little. He just loved them and it was perfect for those times when I needed a half hour here or there or needed to jump in the shower. Hopefully Alli will enjoy them just the same!

Happy watching!! :)
