Father's Day, Family, Falls and Fun!

We have a been a busy bunch here in Kansas with lots going on! I am going to do the longest post ever...okay, for me it's a long post just because there are some pics I want to put up! I posted the most recent stuff first and scroll down for more fun!

Sunday was a really rough day for my little guy! He broke out in a rash all over his body on Friday morning and it stuck around all day Saturday as well. He had no other symptoms and we found out it was a reaction from his recent immunizations. He felt fine, he just looked horrible. Sunday morning he woke up and it was gone, so we went to church...only to find that it had come back even worse on the way down to church so it looked like a bad sunburn. To top it off he tripped on the way to the car as we were going home and skidded his face on the concrete...he was bleeding everywhere and ripped his lip and nose up pretty bad! Poor little guy! Here is a picture of him right after and then one the next morning...he was a bit happier the next day:)

Father's Day went really well...Ty is such a great daddy and Tyler's parents flew in so they were here for that special day! We are both so lucky to have wonderful dads! Below is a picture of Ty and Britain hanging out on the deck! Ty is wearing Britain's glasses...he says he was trying to show Britain how to wear them, but personally I think he was diggin' them!

Here are a few pics we took when Ty's parents were out here! We went to the KU Campus and took a picture with the Jayhawk! Pretty exciting! We also went to a fun petting zoo and Britain of course loved it! We had lots of fun with them out here and really appreciate them spending time with us...not to mention Ty's dad worked the whole time on our unfinished basement...thanks so much!! We love you Grampa and Grammy!

At the little petting zoo, you can feed the little baby goats...I thought Britain would love it because he loves animals, but I think it got a little overwhelming for him because as soon as you put the bottle down for the goats, a bunch run over and start to fight for the bottle...he was a bit scared, but I thought it was cute!

Fun times! It can be stressful having family out, but it's so worth it, isn't it?! I loved your pictures. Poor little Britain and his sweet little face, I hope he's feeling better from it all.
