Brit's first trip to the dentist!

Ever since I got back from Utah I've had a horrible and nasty cold that has almost killed me:) Anyway, on top of that, I got a bad toothache so I made an appt. for the dentist. I realized that between moving and such, I've never taken Brit so I scheduled him too and we went in together! What a cutie! He had a lot of fun actually!
While waiting he got to watch old cartoons on a T.V. Brilliant idea! It kept him distracted and zoned out the whole time!

Our dentist is actually in our ward and he did a GREAT job explaining everything to Britain and Brit was pretty intrigued by all the instruments!

They counted his teeth and he was so proud to find out he had 10 teeth on top and 10 on bottom...20 teeth!

Everything went well and he did great! He got a sticker, toothbrush and toothpaste which was just as exciting as Christmas morning! And to top it off, my tooth was fine, just the sinus pressure from my cold pushing on my nerves....go figure!

Maybe he'll be a dentist when he grows up! I'm glad he was a good kid at the dentist. :D

Who do you think is braver, you or Brit? =D Kids can get so curious when they see things for the first time. I do like his approach towards his dentist, though. Other kids just scream their lungs out whenever they're at the dentist office. That makes the whole experience more stressful for us parents.
